For my animation, i am sourcing found objects, representing elements of kitsch culture and childhood because i feel these relate to curiosity in a way that i can make entertaining. I am sticking to gaudy themes and colours because i think it will make the scenes “pop” and maintain interest. The bright colours also correspond well with my glittery animal characters 🙂 below are the images of the bits of furniture/ toys i have ordered so far to make up some of the scenes for my animation:

furniture 4 furniture 3 furniture 2 mini cam furniture 1 furniture 6 furniture 5

now these are things to represent the real objects in the scenes, i would like some more surreal objects also because i want that kind of atmosphere in the animation. But it’s good to have these objects that are recognizable from childhood toys but also tie in with the story i am trying to tell.
